CheckPoint Manager fra IWMAC er en enkel og intuitiv løsning for deg som har rutinekrav i henhold til temperaturkontroll IK Mat på din butikk.
Alle krav til kontrollmålinger av kjøl- og frysposisjoner, varmebehandling og varmeholding er ivaretatt og kan settes opp for å måles. Alle hendelser blir lagret i en hendelseslogg med tilhørende dokumentasjon slik at butikksjef kan følge med på om internkontrollen blir utført i henhold til statens krav.
Korrigerende tiltak gjøres av Manager fra appen eller i Dashboard.
CheckPoint består av:
* IWMAC CheckPoint Manager er appen for den som er IK Matansvarlig. Løsningen beregnet for mobiltelefon
* IWMAC CheckPoint Probe er appen for de som gjennomfører målingene. Løsningen er beregnet for nettbrett
* IWMAC CheckPoint Dashboard er web grensesnittet for den som er IK Matansvarlig eller Daglig leder. Brukes som dokumentasjon overfor andre og Mattilsynet.
